Asst. Vice President
/ Manager (Projects)
The candidate should be an MBA (Finance) from a reputed
Management Institute with a B.E / B. Tech background.
He / She should have 3-6years of experience in Venture
Capital / Project Finance / Equity Investment / Banks
/ Management Consultancy.
The incumbent should have excellent quantitative and
qualitative analytical capabilities, strong commercial
acumen, effective communication and interpersonal skills,
risk assessing ability & a proactive approach. Knowledge
of IT sector is essential.
Key responsibilities: The incumbent
will be a part of the management team, providing value
addition through strategic input in IT &Technology
sector while appraising viability of a project and facilitating
an investee company to build up their business. He/she
would be responsible for-identifying & making ‘Early’
& ‘Growth Stage Investments, Due diligence,
Investment Appraisals, Deal structuring, Active monitoring
and Value addition & Negotiating Exits. In addition,
the incumbent would also contribute to the process of
Corporate Planning and Strategy Formulation for the
organization.

Manager (Accounts)
The candidate should be a Chartered Accountant with
minimum of 3 years of experience in handling Accounts
function in Banks/Financial institutions. The incumbent
should have effective communication and interpersonal
skills.
Key responsibilities: The incumbent
would be responsible for handling overall Accounts function
of the company-Accounts compilation & finalization,
Taxation, budget, analysis of financial statements,
cost analysis, audit compliance& facilitating external
audit etc.
