The Project conceived in 1992-93 used Short Path Distillation
(SPD) for the first time in India to convert industrial
grade Rice Bran Oil into value added products such as
Tocopherol, Dimer, Linolic Acid etc. |

GVFL invested in the company in the early
stage and played a major role in establishment of systems
and policies. |
|
Project was technically fully implemented, but in order
to increase the yield, the company made some technical
modification, which required Rs 120 lacs. With GVFL’s
suggestion & intervention GIIC sanctioned a term loan
of 100 lacs to the company. |
|
Company faced Problem of inadequate raw material. This
was sorted out by intervention of GVFL through entering
into agreement with Henkel Corporations, USA. |

GVFL helped the company to streamline the process of
chemicals & also to diversify the products. |

Only company in Asia to manufacture Dimmer
Fatty Acid, used in Epoxy resins, surface coatings, Industrial
lubricants & Greases and Corrosion Inhibitors. |
|
It is the only company to manufacture concentrated
Tocopherol and Sterols. Tocopherol is used in the manufacture
of Natural source of Vitamin E, used for medicines and
cosmetics. Sterols is used in Nutraceuticals (food items). |

completely in F.Y. 2004-05. |
