GVFL has divested from Neilsoft
in September 2007. The company has got 5.5 times return
on seed capital invested.. Trident capital an US venture
capital fund has bought up 75% of GVFL stake. Neilsoft
Directors and a few HNTs have purchased remaining 25%.
