 The Company has developed ‘state of the art’ products for computer telephony integration and call center solutions. The company was on the verge of closure in the year 2003, however as of today, the company has turned around with the significant value additions provided by GVFL. The company has constantly worked on improving its product, so as to remain ahead of competition.

GVFL helped in broad basing of the board by persuading Mr. GB Meemamsi, Member Telecom Commission, Government of India to join as a director on the board of Parsec Technologies.
Development and streamlining of internal control systems.
GVFL co-ordinated with SIDBI Ventures for bringing in additional funds into the company.
Timely intervention to resolve internal conflicts in the company.
Encouraged Corporate Governance practices and streamlining of systems and processes.
 
     
  Achievements of the company  
 
Pioneer in call center industry in India. It is the only Asian company to have contact center solutions installations across India and abroad, using it's own technology.
Parsec Interact ( 100% Subsidiary of Parsec Technologies) has established a very strong brand image in the USA and has gained a very strong domain expertise.
 
     
 
Status
GVFL has divested from the company by identifying a private equity investor who was interested in Parsec’s business and has interest in the underlying sector.
