 The company was promoted by Mr. Giridharan, Ms. Gita and Mr. V. Sridharan; first generation entrepreneurs. The three promoters have excellent credentials with strong technical background and industry experience. Mr. Giridharan was instrumental in developing training courses of Software Solutions Integrated.
Business
:
 The company began with High end IT Training, Software projects and software consultancy. Later a leading group engaged in education business called SRM Group had bought out the company. Now SRM Radiant is providing software solutions in addition to training in it.

 
  Value-addition by GVFL  
 
GVFL invested in the company in the early stage and played a major role in establishment of systems and policies.
GVFL monitored the development of market leaders like SSI, NIIT and Aptech to assess their changes in policies, top line management, diversification etc.
GVFL guided the promoters for the merger with SRM.
Encouraged Corporate Governance practices and streamlining of systems and processes.
 
     
  Achievements of the company  
 
Radiant in a short span has built a brand equity for itself as a leading provider of high end training services.
With the assistance of the funds disbursed by GVFL Radiant has grown from three centers company to the size of thirty-four training centers.
 
     
 
Status
The company was acquired by SRM group and GVFL has partly divested from the company.
